01 Introduction

04 Account Registration & Security

To access the Service, you must complete the registration process, providing a valid email address, a username and a secure password. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and all ancillary policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password).

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

Deposits into your y666w Account must be funded from payment sources in your own name. The Platform may make available various deposit methods depending on your region and account status. Available methods are listed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Minimum deposit amounts are as published in the cashier and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the method used and any verification requirements.
• The Operator reserves the right to request verification of your payment method at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and/or refunded, less any applicable transaction fees.

All deposits are processed in the applicable transaction currency and displayed in PKR within your Account. Exchange rates, where applicable, are applied at the time of the transaction and are not guaranteed.

06 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your y666w Account are subject to the following conditions:

1. Identity Verification (KYC): All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process. You will be required to provide valid identity documentation (such as a CNIC or passport copy) and proof of address before any withdrawal is processed.
2. Wagering Requirements: If you have an active bonus or promotional offer, applicable wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier and eligible games are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
3. Matching Payment Method: Withdrawals must generally be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the Operator's prevailing withdrawal policy.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Account Holders who satisfy the qualifying conditions for the specific promotion.

• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified expiry period. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.

• The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where permitted by applicable requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated play or any other method — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account closure.

08 Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on y666w are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, game or event. The following general provisions apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds or game parameters prevailing at the time the bet is confirmed. Subsequent changes to odds or conditions do not affect accepted bets, except where applicable rules provide otherwise (for example, void bet conditions).
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the Operator's records shall be conclusive unless manifest error is demonstrated.
• The Operator reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at significantly incorrect odds, or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in a manner that constitutes an abuse of the Service.

10 Prohibited Conduct

• Registering more than one Account or assisting any other person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC or ongoing use.
• Using the Service if you are a Prohibited User.

• Sharing Account credentials with third parties or operating accounts on behalf of third parties.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, trademarks, service marks, logos and other intellectual property made available through the y666w Platform are the property of the Operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in any Platform content or intellectual property.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Platform content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with the Operator's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• The Operator does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
• The Operator's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data

14 Amendments to Terms

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
